extract it anywhere on desktop
1.Run install-cwm?.cmd
install-cmw1.cmd - Xperia Arc/Neo
install-cmw2.cmd - Xperia Mini/MiniPro/Active/Live With Walkman
2.Enable USB Debugging on device
