finally after search and working on this down loader i finally found the easiest way to make it registered on keys just simply download any idm from there official site free or trial version and put the keys in the registration menu and enjoy it
please dont update or try to get updates after registration coz it will damage the whole software at once and might be never install again with key level except install new os so be careful
